All of us need to eat, but we all have different lives, different bodies, different needs and different goals. That’s why our philosophy is centred around energy, nourishing you, educating you and empowering you to take your life in a healthier direction, there is energy there!

From education to implementation, we support our athletes to not only improve this week but sustain their change!
DISORDERED EATING
We all eat and for some of us, that isn’t easy. From the way we look, to our food environment, to the presence of other seemingly unrelated factors, for some of us this is a struggle.
If you or a loved one is in a tough spot right now and eating has become a concern then we are going to get a lot further with empathy and an open ear than a prescription and hope.

WELLNESS COACHING
This program spans 8 weeks and sits across 3 main phases:
Establish a baseline. Energy assessment and lifestyle overview. Who is the person sitting in front of us right now, what are their patterns of behaviour and what's working well for the person we would like to become?
Enhance the good and improve the opportunities identified in Phase 1. From diet to movement to sleep hygiene. Success leaves clues; there will be elements of your current lifestyle that we want to enhance to enable greater change in the opportunities identified in Phase 1.
Sustain the change, reflect on the learning, share it with someone else. Create a set of your own anchor behaviors and reassess the baseline established in step 1.
This is a quality improvement process of your current lifestyle. We use diet as the backbone of our analysis but it also provides us with insight into other areas we can improve to enhance well-being and health. This is about being coached in the cornerstone area of your life to all others - your health!
DIETARY MANAGEMENT OF DISEASE
Right now, we have an opportunity for change. Curiosity, concern, overwhelm, wherever we start, it doesn’t matter.
Hopefully, you’re already eating and so we need to firstly define what quality nutrition looks like for you and then provide the support to add more quality to your intake.
It’s not about guilting or shaming or bullying people into being better. It’s about listening and understanding and partnering with you to improve. It can start at your next meal!
